If you would like to request a custom code of your choice, please send me a message and I will make it happen! :) Parking: You may park up to a max of 3 cars. 2 on the driveway of the house, 1 (smaller car) on the approach to the driveway (perpendicular, so as to not park on the sidewalk, or street), and 1 last car may be parked in the overflow parking lot ( will require an advance reservation, no fee). No other cars will be allowed into the community. -ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE *** STRICTLY ENFORCED *** *** Parties or events not allowed *** The entire villa is reserved for private use and enjoyment by you and your group ONLY! *UPDATE: All of the amenities in the resort are OPEN since summer 2020. Although the pool is covered with a screen enclosure, the back of the house is surrounded by luscious trees. Therefore sometimes tiny leaves and pollen fall in the pool when the wind blows. If you want to use the pool before it has been cleaned on Friday, you can use the pool net provided to collect the leaves that have fallen in the pool. The pool net is stored on the screen to the right of the pool. Also, the pool is HEATED to 90 degrees. The Jacuzzi has a manual timer located right next to the BBQ. Just turn the knob, and the jacuzzi jets will turn on & the jacuzzi will begin heating up to 103 degrees. -ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 9 PM OUTSIDE, WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND AT THE HOUSE, AND QUIET HOURS START AT 9PM. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL -Wipes of any sort (baby wipes, face wipes, flushable wipes, etc) and any other female heigenic products are NOT permitted to be flushed down the toilet. they must be disposed of in the garbage cans. These products almost always back up the sewage line and cause a stoppage. If there is a backup and the cause is determined to be due to any of these products, you will be charged for the plumbing repair. Minimum charge for this repair is usually $400.00. Large Pool towels are provided for your use during your stay. *This property is managed directly by the OWNER. No need to deal with a random property manager or management company.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $500.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $500.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 35 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 35 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
